Get Unready With Me 10 Step Korean Skincare RoutineNighttime

Hi everyone! My name is Joan; Today, Ill be sharing my Updated Nightime Skincare Routine. Before getting started, I just want to let you know that I have dry and acne prone skin. I always start off by removing my eye makeup. Ive been using the Leaders Green Tea Lip & Eye Point remover.

These are convenient wipes that gently remove all your point makeup. Next, I use the oil cut cleansing from Troiareuke. This is a great cleanser for anyone who doesnt want to double cleanse because this water based cleanser removes it ALL. I  pour a quarter size amount and massage it onto my face.

After that, I wet my hands and massage my face once again and THEN I wash it off. To exfoliate, I like to use the Negoen gauze peel twice a week. This is one of my favorite ways to exfoliate because its gentle and smells wonderful. You can also check if your cleanser is doing its job because sometimes, foundation gets onto these pads but as you can see, the oil cut cleansing did a great job.

Then I wash it off with lukewarm water Afterwards, I pat my face dry instead of using a towel. The current new trend in Korea is layering essence toners to maximise skin hydration. At night, I start with the ACSEN TOC Toner. ACSEN stands for ACne SENsitive and this is SUCH a gentle product that treats acne and helps with the TOC (which stands for Turn over cycle).

After this, I move on to the Troiareuke Skin Complex formula. The blue is good for acne, green is good for sensitive skin, and yellow for brightening. Depending on the day, I choose the color OR sometimes, I like to mix and match. I spray the product onto my hands and pat it onto my skin 5 times.

I love how this step reduces redness and makes my skin feel super hydrated. Moving on to eye cream. The innisfree orchid one is my favorite because its moisturizing and helps prevent future wrinkles. I like to gently apply this under my eyes and my smile lines ACSEN Recovery Cream is probably my favorite spot treatment.

It may be pricey, but I saw GREAT results with this. Not only does this help out with acne scars, but it also heals the pitted scars as well. I follow up with another ACSEN product The Selemix Serum helps calm my skin and minimizes the scars. The special ingredients are all plant based which helps restore, recover, and moisturize the skin! 1 Pack a day is another Korean trend I like to incorporate in my skincare routine.

I always use different sheet masks, but here I used the cosrx holy moly snail mask. Great for acne scars and moisture I leave it on for about 15-20 minutes and apply the leftover essence on my neck To lock in all the goodness, I use a moisturizer. The troiareuke cell energy cream is one of my favorites. It's very light yet an excellent cream that provides moisture and nutrients because of the rich natural ingredients.

On my lips, I use the Lineage lip sleeping mask. This keeps my lips supple and preps it for tomorrows lipstick. And finally, we cant forget the cosrx acne patches. These stickers actually help calm down acne.

And that was my updated night time skincare routine! It may be excessive, but after a long day, I love treating myself. Ill be linking all the products in the description box if you are interested. And Ill see you all in my next video. Bye!.

Everyday Showering Tips For Moisturised SkinGlamrs Skin Care

Everyday Showering Tips For Moisturised SkinGlamrs Skin Care

Bathing is one of lifes simple pleasures and the benefits of bathing go beyond just cleansing the body. A perfect beauty regime begins the minute you step into the shower. Sure, youre bathing daily and have mastered the art of a quick shower but is this quick everyday routine actually good for your skin? Hi Im Shruti, and today Im going to let you in on some key products and helpful showering tips that you need to use and follow for a hydrated, beautiful and healthy body. While cleansing your skin is important, its equally essential to use mild, gentle and moisturising shower gels that will lessen skin dryness and keep it soft and smooth.

Our current favourite is the Nivea Creme Care Shower Gel that is very gentle on the skin and washes off the dirt while preserving the natural oils on the skins surface. You only need a small amount of the gel, so squeeze a dollop, work it into a rich lather and then gently rub it all over your body in circular motions, avoiding your face. A loofah helps spread the gel evenly so that you dont end up wasting the product while showering. Just a little goes a long way with this product.

Now here's a shower tip. Pay extra attention to your armpits, feet and toes as they are high density sweat gland areas and experience more sweat as compared to the rest of your body. We prefer using shower gels over soaps because soaps make the skin rough, dry and flaky by stripping off the natural oils from the surface of the skin. They are a breeding ground for bacteria as they accumulate dirt after being left open in the shower.

And they are unhygienic especially if youre sharing the bathroom with your family members and roommates! Shower gels also enhance the purifying and cleansing experience of your otherwise regular showers. The Nivea Creme Care Shower Gel for example is enriched with the properties of Nivea Creme which has soothing and moisturising ingredients that keeps your skin hydrated and leaves you looking fresh all day long. Now if you find that youre getting back acne or rashes be sure to wash your body including your back only after you have washed your hair. Save your face for last and rinse it with cool water to avoid dehydrating your facial skin as well.

A must, right before stepping out of the shower is to blast cold water on your hair and body. This will minimize the pores, tighten the skin and reduce dark circles as well. Vigorously rubbing your body with a towel can remove the oils and cause itchiness too. So, the best way to do this is by patting yourself dry with a towel.

But make sure that the towel is completely dry before patting dry your body since damp towels are a hotbed for bacteria and can cause acne and skin irritation. Use a fresh and dry napkin to dry your face. So bathing with the right products and following the right steps can effortlessly revitalise and restore your skin. I hope you found this video helpful, Im Shruti and until next time, stay tuned and stay Glamrs..

Evening Skincare Routine to Repair My Skin BarrierFall 2017

Evening Skincare Routine to Repair My Skin BarrierFall 2017

Hey everyone so today I'm showing you guys my evening skincare routine I've been focusing on restoring and repairing my skin very function and that means I'm avoiding using too many products Especially active and I'm also being careful at swapping products, too Often so my routine has been pretty simple Low-key and mostly fragrance free and my skin has been just loving this routine to start off I removed my makeup using "Tanoshii Oh yeah" natural cleansing oil." This is the cleansing oil that's been going crazy viral among Koreans at the moment and people have been praising this oil for dissolving their blackheads I personally don't struggle much with blackheads or any kind of pore issues. So I can't be the judge for that this cleansing oil is really lightweight, and it doesn't feel too oily or too greasy, and it washes off pretty well. Next, in the cleansing department, I'm using my own cleansing formulation. Tadaa~ It is a pH balanced gel cleanser that uses mild cleansing agents to take away all the stuff that your skin doesn't need while leaving, everything your skin exactly needs.

I designed it to respect the skin barrier, and it really leaves a crazy amount of hydration afterward. I just want to swim in this word relation. Before my skin completely dries down, I applied this corsx propolis light ampule. Which I'm about to empty very very soon and propose having naturally antibacterial antiviral Anti-inflammatory properties, and it is set to speed up the wound healing process.

Purposes this generally very very gentle and well tolerated to sensitive skin type, and it's supposed to help reduce redness as well, especially the redness that can be related to acne. The formulation of this product is very beautiful it has a light viscosity that absorbs pretty quickly and my skin has been just drinking this then I seal everything in with another favorite of mine, which is the Primera soothing sensitive cream. If you watched my skin barrier video you might have learned the Importance of building the lipid barrier and the three main components are Ceramides Cholesterol and free fatty acids, so if your barrier is compromised, the combinations of these ingredients can certainly help and there are quite numerous options out there that do contain this combination. However, a lot of them that I try they seem to be a little bit too crazy for my liking, but this cream has been amazing at this helping me fortify my moisture barrier, and it has a little to no irritation and it's fragrance free and I just love the simple and elegant formulation of this product my skin just feels a lot healthier these days after using this.

So that's my really really simple strip down to the basics kind of routine for every night. However, I will add treatment products depending on what my skin feels or in need that night. I don't do this everyday, but I normally exfoliate my skin with A.H.A, probably once to three times a week and Sunday Riley good jeans has been serving me pretty well. It is a lactic acid 5% treatment, which is perfectly mild concentration, and apparently there are stronger options out there.

But, 5% seems to be pretty good and this is what my skin likes and this product is definitely one of those products that are very worth the hype. Then, we have alchemy skin Cinco oil blend and this has been amazing at brightening my complexion and Rejuvenating my skin like no other options out there. It's a blend of oils that are rich in omega 3 & 6 and I probably use a drop of this, two to three times a week, I'll leave the link down below for the review that I've done on Instagram. I rarely use this item, but I use this as a spa treatment from time to time, so I thought I would just show you guys what I use.

This is The Ordinary as like acid 10% and, ever since my skin barrier has restored my acne seems to be managed as well. It can be a little bit strong at first, or stinging at first if you do have sensitive skin type, but it does work. So I recommend you guys to use it very very sparingly as a spa treatment. "Laneige lip sleeping mask", I was really skeptical about this product for the longest time and apparently this is the second best seller in Sephora, followed by the water sleeping mask and I was just really confused why people buy it because, I always thought like Why would I need a fancier lip balm when Vaseline can do its job? But this proved me completely wrong.

It, makes a massive difference by lip moisture content and it is a game changer for sure. Especially if you wear a lot of lip tints, matte lipsticks, or look at lipsticks that tend to just dry the crap out of your lips. This is going to be your best friend I guarantee you guys..

Decluttering My Skincare Products [Minimalism Week Day 6]

Decluttering My Skincare Products [Minimalism Week Day 6]

Hello, welcome back today. We are talking about skincare. If you've been told me for a while You'll know that last year and two patches on and off throughout the last Few years. I got really bad cystic acne This was due to me having Pcos, and it was just like one of the symptoms and because it was unmanaged I got those symptoms blah blah blah.

You know how it goes because my skin was out of control I was trying a lot of different products and just seeing what would work for me because obviously yes You do need to clean up on the inside that sometimes Topical treatments can help calm things down a little bit as well now I did used to have more than this I had already done one color on it previously when I moved from my last place to My current place, but now I'm just going through things again and I'm also going to get rid of stuff that I don't use and for some reason I know the stuff. That's almost empty There's like the tiniest bit in it or you know. It's just something. I don't use so I'll be getting rid of those kind of things don't forget to give it a thumbs up and let's get to decluttering Okay, first up.

We've got a skin tissue Cleanser Which was empty and I have replaced it with a new one actually now. We've got a dNa elements green tea face mask I didn't mind this one, but I don't use it enough So I'm just getting rid of it my gummy our skin active micellar water I use this all the time for taking off my makeup. So I'll be keeping that one I've got this horrible horrible epidural cream that my doctor prescribed me back when I had acne I tried it for about a week, and it made my skin feel awful. So saying goodbye to that Current favorite is the astral elixir facial oil I use this one before bed every night, and it has a little gemstone in the bottle which is so cute for keeping this on My skin stitute Multi active.

Myths. This is a pretty good facial toner mist, but it's empty so getting rid of that bottle I'm keeping the Erika Brooke honey cream cleanser. I love using this one in the morning I feel like it makes my skin very very soft, and I love to smelled it as well All right, so I've got a banished pumpkin enzyme mask I use this one if I feel my skin Suddenly get a little bit out of control usually around that time of the month. It's good for that For similar sort of problems as the miss skin honey apple mask It'll bring everything out of your skins really thick and it also smells really good, too My since issued Spf is empty, so I replaced it with a new one.

I've got the little alchemist facial spray I didn't see a huge difference with this so getting rid of that and The Miss Kim balanced facial elixir. I noticed no difference with my skin at all, so I'm not keeping this one either I've got my minimalist boutique skincare products or a cleansing oil Super serum, a Polishing powder and then also the perfecting elixir. I love all of the use these are staples in my cupboard, so I'm keeping down The Banish cleanser, I didn't really like this one some of the other products are good, but this one just wasn't for me So I won't be keeping this one my little alchemist Cacao Mask this is good, but the texture of might have got a bit weird I think some moisture got in so getting rid of that. I will be keeping a super green speacial Mask this makes my skin feel really refreshed when I do use it retinol serum is great If my skin is acting up a little bit, and I've got my even blend serum to reduce any pigmentation after a breakout My rejuvenate 15.

I always use this after I get my skin needling treatments tonnes Gross old cleansing oil which I'll be getting rid of this bottle and then also another current favourite my Mario Badescu facial spray So keeping that one My bathroom covered definitely feels a lot more organized after that and it's products that I would use on the regular nail Not stuff's just sitting in there just in case maybe I need it leave me a comment below What is the one room in your house that you find the most difficult to declutter? I'll catch you guys in the comments below and see you in my next video. Bye.

Clear Acne without Acne TreatmentMinimal Acne Skincare Routine

Clear Acne without Acne TreatmentMinimal Acne Skincare Routine

So recently a lot of my friends actually come to me and ask how I cleared up my acne and how they should get some advice and clear up acne? The very first question that comes out of my mouth is "What does your diet look like?" The second question might be "How much sleep do you get in a daily basis? And also, what time do you go to bed? The third thing is something related to stress level. Fourth thing, inflammatory reaction inside your body. And the very very last question, that I may or may not ask you is recording the skin care routine. It saves you for your youtube find or wanting to find a miracle or wanting to find a answer from a certain skin care product.

If you really think about the cause of your acne is hormonal, its inflammatory its something that is inside that is malfunctioning. And your skin is just being an indicator to tell you that something's really wrong inside your bodies. I'm not saying the acne treatments or acne medications that you might be relying on are totally useless. They're scientifically proven to be effective and killing the P-acne which is the acne causing bacteria, and if you have seen results using these products, that is amazing.

However, I know a lot of you guys are relying on these acne treatments and probably acne medications. They might still get fresh new acne and they can't really get it to the root causes on what's really causing the acne which is inside your body. So if you have been using numerous different skin care products, numerous different acne treatments and you're not seeng different results, maybe your skin is telling you that.. All it probably needs is your tending loving care from you...

Rather than attacking your skin with fully force military armed with guns and bullets on this side. It just needs more love and respect. So today I'm going to provide you with a step by step guide. On how to start over a skin care routine or how to minimize your skin care routine.

It's something that helped me out tremendously, I know some of you guys saw results with it.. So.. There's really no harm in trying. So the very first phase is called "Skincare Fasting" It's basically cutting back everything to a very basic skincare survival mode.

We want to really rebuild the skin barrier during this fasting period or survival period. If you have been doing harsh cleansing, if you have been relying on strong actives or acne treatments... There's high chance that your skin barrier is damaged or even compromised, and you really gotta believe that your skin has the ability to regulate and to heal by it self so, we are really cutting back really minimal skin care routine to push our skin to do its job that it's suppose to do. Another goal that you want to achieve is probably Cutting down the obsession towards skincare products.

I know it sounds very contradictory to a lot of things but.. Skincare is not going to end of the us, it's not going to cure.. Just don't expect too much... From your skincare products.

Our main focus should be on hydration and recovery during this period and also, a little bit of antioxidants wouldn't harm as well. Even though I named it skincare fasting, you don't really need to cut out everything of your routine. I think your skin might freak out a even more and,  we are really resetting to a clean slate. During this period, I am kindly asking you to drop acne treatments strong actives, acne medication, sheet masking or any kind of masking included, sleeping mask or clay mask, spot treatment, or any kind of drying out your skin action , harsh cleansers which are too alkaline, which are too foaming.

Exfoliating, serums, you might wanna pause. Your skin care routine should look something like this. So a lot of you guys know by now that I have been skipping morning cleansing, I've tried this out for six months now. And many of you guys have applied it that you have been seeing good results.

It really helps to keep the skin care barrier intact. And then I follow up using a basic hydrating moisturizer thats really light weight. It would be nice if moisturizers would come with antioxidants or some sort of skin recovering or soothing agent. However, you don't really need to buy a new moisturizer to do this.

SPF is non negotiable so apply sunscreen or you can even apply a moisturizer that has SPF in it. Evening routine is pretty simple as well, I would do double cleansing because I wear sunscreen or makeup in a daily basis and I would follow up with a moisturizer that I use in the morning but, this time I would add a few drops of rose seed oil either hempseed oil to prevent trimester water look during sleep. So you might stick to this phase for about idealy one month or if your skin loves it. So your skin cells will turnover every 20 days so we want to align with that.

While you are doing the skincare fasting, I just want you guys to make the most to of it, and make this into a very transformative face in your lifestyle as well including: diet, sleeping pattern, and stress level. If you can manage that. Sleeping is very important in recovering your skin and it will help you immensely if you get really full rest. Try to stop relying on full coverage foundation, concealer here and there would be enough.

After you do the skin care fasting, you might have realized that, your skin would feel so much healthier, happier, and much more balance state. Now, it's totally capable of doing whats it's suppose to do, that we kind of suppress not to do. Which is self regulating, and self healing. I often get comments from you guys saying that you guys truly switch to a hydrating and nourishing skin care routine.

Walking away from acne medications and acne treatments and you realize that your skin was just dehydrated. And that's why it's just acting weird and your skin is so much clearer and healthier now. Your skin would really listen to you when you respect your skin. Phase number 2: Adding a supplement.

So skincare is a supplement at the end of the day to target whatever your skin needs. After fasting period you might have realize who your true skin type is or what your skin condition is, or what your skin really needs. If you are currently happy with the hydration routine,  keep on doing that. You really don't need to be greedy.

If you are going to add one more product into your skin care routine, I want you to guys to approach it more strategically. Introduce one product at a time into your routine and slowly increasingly build up the frequency and the potency of the active ingredient. If you feel like your skin is dehydrated, you can add something with hyaluronic acid or glycerin, [...] Or any type of oil that can compensate that. If you feel like your skin is just really congested or dull, occasionally age exfoliation will help tremendously.

Niacinamide can be a super hero for a lot of troubled skin type especially for those of you guys who have oily acne prone skin. It is a sebum regulating ingredient but, it doesn't do that by just simply suppressing it. It dimmingly to proaction of ceramides and collagen inside so your skin can naturally moisturize it yourself, and once your skin is naturally moisturized, it doesn't have a need to compensate by producing more sebum to lubricate your skin. So your skin is more imbalanced and also, it is an anti inflammatory ingredient, so it is great for acne prone skin.

So any kind of antioxidants will help to strengthen your skin barrier. So Vitamin C and Vitamin E is probably the most talked about anti-oxidant. However, when you're approaching Vitamin C, I'm not really sure [..] Acid or [..] Acid which is a pure form of Vitamin C to be the right fit for acne prone skin because, it can sometimes sensitize your skin, or it can sometime aggravate your skin. So if you're wanting to incorporate Vitamin C, I highly recommend you guys to go for Vitamin C derivative.

Such as magnesium glorified falsified uhh, sodium glorified falsified, and there are so many others out there. Phase number 3: Commit! You really really needs your patience to work synergetic with your own skin care routine. So if you found the products you love and you want to commit, have a good relationship with it. Don't cheat on it by moving around too much, and don't expect too much in such a short period of time because, things take time.

I'm pretty sure you will get the most out of it once you show commitment. If you guys commit to do this challenge, I really really want to see your progress your skin care journey. So tag me on Instagram @aboutliahyoo, tag me on Twitter @aboutliahyoo and #skincaredietchallenge. I will be consistently checking that hashtag and will be commenting on your post and really, encourage and support you guys on your journey, think we are consistently in a temptation to buy more products and I'm not a good influence in that category too.

But to be honest, skin care is a celebration of self love and self care, anyway it should be something you enjoy. If Trump says "he's gonna make America great again", ''m going to make skincare enjoyable again. YAS LIAH! I hope. So good luck, I really really hope it works, I really hope you guys see results of it, and let me know! Bye!~.

Beauty Edu Ceramides In Skincare

Beauty Edu Ceramides In Skincare

Hi everybody, so todays video come by way
of Facebook. I got a question from Christopher Ok and Im
like, okay Christopher! That is the BEST NAME EVER!!! I wish my name was Trina Alright! Woah, er, I dont know where that came from. Anyway! He asked a question about tallow CLA and ceramides. Because I didnt know a lot about ceramides and I wanted to learn more, I said I will make that a topic of a video.

What is a ceramide? They are a family! Awwwh! A family of waxy lipid molecules. Lipids are fats and oils that are found in
the body. They look a little something like this They consist of a fatty acid linked to a sphingoid
base. I LOVE that word! And they are connected by an amide bond.

There are at least nine major ceramides present
within the stratum corneum. That is the outer most layer of skin. They have conveniently named them ceramides
1-9. Imagine if you had a family and you just named
your kids one through nine.

This reminds me of when I was a kid and my
dad wanted to name my twin sisters Alpha and Beta. My mom was like, Yeah, NO. These ceramides differ by their head group,
the length of their chain, by the hydroxylation, which is the amount of OH groups they have, and
whether theyre saturated or not, so that is the number of double bonds. Youre probably wondering, where can I find
these ceramides.

I was certainly wondering that. You can find ceramides in the stratum corneum. Inside there are these layers of dead skin
cells, and sandwiched in between them is this glue, and this glue holds the skin cells together. It is called the interstitial lipid matrix
or intercellular cement.

These lipids form these ordered structures
called lamellar sheets and they alternate between water and lipids. And that lipid layer is composed of ceramides,
cholesterols, and fatty acids. These waxy lipids help us regulate our water
holding capacity, allowing a barrier that doesnt easily let fluid pass through
it. And this is important because we want to maintain
optimal water levels in our skin.

We also want to make sure we keep disease
causing microorganisms out, or for example if we come in contact with harmful chemicals,
we dont want to get them into our body. Ceramide levels increase as we get older,
so as we age we start to struggle with dry skin. The outer layer of the stratum corneum starts
to decrease, it gets a lot thinner and we start to notice fine lines. Also, people who struggle with skin disorders
like atopic dermatitis, eczema, and psoriasis.

Those folks seem to have a decreased level
of ceramides present in their skin. The idea behind ceramides in skincare, is
that if were missing ceramides in our skin, maybe we can just replenish them, by adding
them into products that we use. And so cosmetic companies have taken this
idea and theyve run with it. Theyve put ceramides into hundreds of skincare
products, that make claims like increases skin hydration, improves the cutaneous barrier,
prevents moisture loss, and reduces dry and flaking skin.

In our body their produced in the stratum
granulosum. That is below the stratum corneum. They originally appear as phospholipids, and
as they work there way up to the stratum corneum, There are these enzymes in the stratum corneum
that convert them into ceramides. But nobody is harvesting human bodies to get
these ceramides.

Instead we are getting them from other natural
and synthetic sources. Synthetics obviously come from a lab. For natural sources, They either come from
animal sources such as cows, but they are mostly extracted from plant sources like sweet
potatoes, wheat, and brown rice. What I also learned is that ceramides are
expensive, which is why we often seem them in high end skincare.

Natural ceramides are very unstable substances,
and because they are costly to obtain, synthetic ceramides are frequently used. Unfortunately synthetic ceramides do not penetrate
the skin as well, so companies are looking into technologies like liposomes to help them penetrate the skin. But I dont know, what do you guys think? Do you think it works? Do you think it doesnt? Tell me in the comments! From the studies Ive seen, so far, it looks
like ceramides do moisturize, but I havent seen any evidence that they moisturize better
than some of the inexpensive ingredients that are already out on the market. In some of these studies theyre comparing
ceramides to untreated skin -- and that hardly seems fair.

Theyre also using higher concentrations
of ceramides, then youd expect to see In a normal cosmetic product. Christopher, I hope I did an okay job with
this video. If you liked this video, give it a thumbs
up, If you want to see more like it, consider
subscribing, and lastly, dont forget to click that notification bell, especially if
you want to leave a comment right when that video drops. I will see you soon.

Have a great day..

Affordable Skincare & Haircare Kits - All Products Under 500-ShrutiArjunAnand

Affordable Skincare & Haircare Kits - All Products Under 500-ShrutiArjunAnand

So today m going to let uh know about  the best skincare n hair products which uh can buy from market below 500 rupees. So lets start with today's video: the facial skincare products r on 25% off n remaining products on  20% off. N if uh remind that a few weeks ago i did  a review on face shop products , those products r also on sale so dn't forget to check them out. So if u want to buy them then this is the best time to buy them firstly we will talk about face wash so doesn;t matter ur skin is oily or combination or dry uh can use this, n as this is researched n developed  by dermatologist, people with sensitive skin can also use this the second face wash from my kit is: n mix some water in it n then uh can use it as a face wash n as this is soap free it has no SLS in it so if ur skin is sensitive n acne pimple prone uh can use this .

So now comes the Scrub, in my recent video i told uh that do not wash ur face more than 2 times so in the morning we wash our face with normal face wash but at nyt if uh will wash ur face with a soft n gentle scrub so that it removes all the extra dead skin and clean ur pores which may get clogged by pollution n dirt. Its best part is that its granules r very round in shape gentle on ur skin so uh can use it daily. Toner is a liquid kind of product which goes inside our skin pores n cleans them there so that ur pores doesn't get clogged thereby avoiding pimples n blackheads. If ur skin is oily then it vil reduce the greasiness of ur face and leave a matte finish.

It means it vil not clog the pores of ur skin. N if there r pimples on ur skin then it vil not increase them or spread them. Its paraben free n totally organic so must try if ur skin is prone to pimples n acne. If uh r young then apply primer on the top of moisturiser n then sunscreen n if u r 20+ then there is a necessity for using a day cream with anti aging properties.

Coz wen wrinkles r there they r difficult to treat but try to use anti aging cream  which fights under ur skin n never let the wrinkles to appear . This is especially for day time so apply a moisturiser n then apply this n after that apply sunscreen. Now again i have two options for sunscreen coz this is day cream plus sunscreen so uh may skip ur regular day cream n switch to this. Its speciality is that it is paraben free which r very harmful to our skin as this causes cancer.

This is SLS free Which means its safe for sensitive skin n also its non comedogenic which means its gud for pimple prone skin if uh live in ur home whole day long n do not go out in sun then use neutrogena oil free moisturiser. Its gud for oily n combination skin type uh can use this coz this absorbs extra oil n makes ur skin matte n oil free. This is also non comedogenic , allergy tested so if ur skin is sensitive uh can use this. Toner will remove the surface dead skin of ur skin n pores of the skin will also get cleared.

After this wen we will apply nyt cream, this will go deep in our skin n make our skin healthy n make sure not to massage this apply it evenly n u r done. At the same time it vil avoid any wrinkles n blemishes on ur skin. Summers heat is so scorching n if uh r too suffering same with the tiny little bumps on ur skin n if uh live in hostel n uh don't have time for DIYs then if uh want uh can apply this all over ur face but i like its spot treatment or little bumps over my face n then i sleep n in the morning uh vil see the bump gets supressed due to this it soaks the extra oil from the pimple n dries out that pimple to some extent.. Hot air also makes our lips dryn chapped, so uh may have seen this in many of my vlogs n coz its cover was removed so i was unable to show uh this but this is how it looks.

It has spf 15 in it n 100% natural n organic n a beautiful pink color. N it gives a true natural tint to our lips, wen applied two three times a day n it stays all day long, n looks likes ur lips r naturally pink now its time for body butter, so nobody is blessed with the skin type in which any body butter will work n turns their body buttery soft. Some people like us with dry skin, even after applying body lotions three time it seems to be like ohh god they never ever tried body lotions from birth.! Which is so much protecting that we apply it once in morning n it remains there  till night . It just melts easily on ur skin n leaves a mild  vanilla fragrance on ur body.

Especially if uh go to office or college, uh want a mild fragrance from ur side instead of garden of flowers. So it will be a nice fragrance not too hard not too light. Its too much chit chat on skincare now lets come to hair care: so many comments m getting about these products of wow. Its paraben free, sulphate free n 100% vegan too its ingredients r too gud and its shampoo n conditioner both r awesome if uh want to try any new or  organic shampoo so uh must try this.

Uh may use the conditioner of the same shampoo but i feel like in summers our hair suffers from too much moisture loss so this will give extra moisture to your hair so use a little amount of it n massage over ur hairs n leave it for 2 3 minutes n then rinse with normal water if ur hair r over dry, damaged n brittle , then leave it for 15 minutes n then rinse it with normal water uh vil see a tremendous change in ur hair by this. If ur hair r dry n curly then after washing ur hair , they will become too fluffy n then there is too much difficulty in detangling them n uh have to use only a little amount after washing ur hair to ur hair length avoid using it on roots use it on tail side of hair. N after that if u detangle ur hair then they easily get detangled n it is non sticky so it vil give uh smooth n shiny hair. M sticked to this hair oil,  i have recommended this to uh so many times if uh have never tried this yet then do try this out.

It has too many ayurvedic ingredients like amla , coconut n aloevera n these ingredients r too gud for ur hair n this parachute oil is cost effective too so must try it out. Our last product is hair brush which is very essential product. I have seen many peoples combing their tangled hair n the time there hair gets detangled they get a lot of hair fall. N if uh r suffering from hair fall problem then do try a gud hair brush i always prefer to use roots hair brush coz they r too gud they detangles the hair easily, n if u have more detangled hair then take serum on ur palm spread it in the bristles of ur comb n then detangle ur hair within a minutes all ur hair wud b detangled.

So thats it for this video, today m aiming for 5000 likes , i know its quite difficult but v vil do it anyhow. If i wud get this much likes then i vil b coming up with a skincare n hair care kit under 200. N if uh r new on my channel then do hit on the red subscribe button n bell button near it. So lets meet in my next video till then take care bbie.

10 Step Korean Skincare RoutineNighttime (talk thru)

10 Step Korean Skincare RoutineNighttime (talk thru)

Good evening everyone! Today, I am gonna share my nighttime skincare routine. This was highly requested, because I shared two morning skincare routines And everyone's like where's the nighttime version? So I'm finally filming it, and I decided to talk through each of the products that I use and keep it a bit casual today. So, I hope you guys enjoy this routine, and I hope you find helpful I'm gonna first start off by clipping my bangs and tying my hair, so it doesn't get in the way. First, I'm going to remove my point makeup, and I'm gonna use this a Aritaum lip and eye remover, and Cotton pads from Missha.

I really like these ones, because it's layered and there are five of them. But I only take two to save the cotton, and I basically shake this up and then pour a little bit on to the cotton pad, And then I like to just like rest it on my eyes for like, I don't know, five seconds You can probably see the fibers on the cotton pad, because I've been using a fixer mascara With my neogen one so that my lashes look a lot fuller But yeah, I just removed my makeup like that and I really like the Aritaum one. It's probably my favorite and I used the moonshot one before, but they don't sell that anymore, So... I do want to recommend it I've showed this product before on my channel, And I just went back to it.

Now after that I've been using a cleansing water because I just like to prep my skin before I use a oil based cleanser so... Now, I'm gonna use my oil cleanser, and I really like the ENATURE cleansing balm. This is probably my favorite. Just because it doesn't sting my eyes.

Just spend such a gentle one, and I did use up a lot of it, like, that's a lot for me. Here we have it, and then I'm just gonna gently massage it onto my face Like this. Before washing it off. I like to wet my hands, and I like to massage it one more time before completely washing it off.

I love double cleansing because my face feels super clean, and I can see my makeup like being fully removed. Cleansing is super important because if the foundation is still on your face you can break up from it. So, I like to focus a lot on cleansing. All right..

Now, I'm gonna wash it off. Now, I'm going to use the Glow Recipe blueberry balance gentle cleanser. This is one of my favorite gel cleansers because it just does a great job at erasing the makeup, and I don't know it feels very clean. It's super gentle, and I love it But if foams really well as well.

After double cleansing, I like to follow up with an exfoliator or a pore control mask and I'm going to go with an exfoliator today So you use the gauze side to gently exfoliate And then you flip it over for the cotton side to basically smooth everything out, But I love this because it's such a gentle exfoliator. The good thing about this pad is that you can kind of see if you're double cleansing is working, because if you look at the pad, there's no makeup on here, So I know for a fact that my double cleansing is working which makes me feel very happy. I'm gonna flip it over and then smooth everything out. After that, don't forget to wash it off with lukewarm water and then pat your face dry, because your towel might have umm...

Bacteria on it so cut it dry After I'd finished patting my face dry, I follow up with the Acwell 5.5 Liquorice toner this is super hydrating and I use a cotton pad first, because I want to see if my Cleansing was good enough, because if there is foundation it does transfer on to the pad. No foundation has transferred on to this cotton pad, so I know for a fact that my cleansing routine is amazing and then I'm gonna layer up one more time using this toner right here. For essence, I'm going to be using the Neogen real ferment micro essence. Look at how much I've used.

Yes, this is such a hydrating product, and I've been using this religiously and I like to layer this up around three times. Three, all right. Now, I'm gonna follow up with an eye cream. This is a sample from Lancome.

I've been really loving it and I actually checked the real price of this, and it's not it's not cheap. But I got a big size as a sample. So, I'm just gonna finish using that before using another and I'm just gonna gently put this on to my eyes around my eyes. Sorry.

And, finally, we have to MAKE P:REM save me relief moisture cream and this only has 12 ingredients and I've been loving this product like look at how much I used up already and I like to mix in three drops of the Triple C lightening liquid Because that will help brighten up my acne scars I loved this moisturizer. So, that's it for my nighttime skincare routine. Please give it a thumbs up if you found it helpful and comment down below What your holy grail of nighttime skincare product is and if you are interested in any other products that I mentioned I'll link it down below in the description box, and I'll see you in my next one. Bye!.

2 Skin Care Secrets To Get Glowing Skin Like Bollywood Celebrities

2 Skin Care Secrets To Get Glowing Skin Like Bollywood Celebrities

Hi guys, this is me Noorin at Glamrs.Com, and we all know that all this heat and humidity can really damage your skin. So today, I'm going to be showing you guys Bollywood's top two secrets of how to achieve that glowing skin. So I have really sensitive skin and I know skin damaging can be a huge issue. These are my two recipes that I follow every day and these have incredible results.

The first one is the miracle drink. Now why the miracle drink? That is because in the long run, this drink helps to prevent cancer. Also, it completely increases your metabolism, and leaves your undertones looking super pink and super cute and just makes your skin look super glowing. Now all you need is one beetroot, two carrots and one apple.

Put them in the blender, and blend. Now this can get a little too pulpy, so you can just add a little water in it. That's all. It's done.

Put that in your favourite glass. So, I like to drink this as soon as I've blended the drink, because that's the time when you get the maximum vitamins and maximum benefit out of this drink. Also I make it a point to have this everyday in the morning once I'm up. Moving on to secret number two.

It is the oatmeal mask. Why is oatmeal so amazing? Well, oatmeal is the best cleanser that you can ever find. Also, it's really high in antioxidants which protects your skin from any kind of free radicals. If your skin is very itchy dry, if you have a lot of redness, or pigmentation over a period of time it's going to treat all of this altogether.

Also, if you have acne prone skin, eventually guys, your acne is going to completely go away along with those acne scars. So all you need is two tablespoons of oats, one tablespoon honey, a quarter cup of milk and just add a little water. Now my mixture is already done. It's super simple and super quick.

First, I'm going to press my thumb against the oats, so there is this liquid that's going to come out. Dab your fingers. Put that on your face. Once you've done that, now take a little chunk of it, in circular motions, start scrubbing your face and your neck.

So, I'm going use both hands it's quicker. Put it all over your face in upward circular motions and on your neck as well going upwards, do not go downwards. Now you have to just leave this on for like five to ten minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. So, as you can see it has instantly brightened my face and given me this super glow which I am totally loving.

So guys, if you like these tips and tricks and secrets of course, give this video a thumbs up, do not forget to share it with all your friends. You can also check my channel down below, it's called Noorin Sha, it's in the description and stay tuned to Glamrs.Com for lots more..

$30,000 On Makeup....WTF 7 Skincare Mistakes Men Make

$30,000 On Makeup....WTF 7 Skincare Mistakes Men Make

$30,000 On Makeup....WTF 7 Skincare Mistakes
Men Make [0:00:00]
$30,000 on makeup. Apparently, this is what the French president
spent his first three months in office. A lot of people are upset. I get it, this is a little bit to the extreme,
but if we go look on the other side most men arent taking care of their face, theyre
not taking care of their skin.

Thats the purpose of todays video, gentlemen,
to talk about the seven mistakes that men commonly make when it comes to their skin
care. [Music]
Mistake number one. Not wearing sunblock on your face and on your
neck. The sun is going to cost premature aging.

Okay, I know that youve heard maybe that
one before, but did you know that you need to be looking for a sunblock with a high concentration
of zinc oxide. Why? Lets talk about UVA rays, UVB rays. So, most sunblocks out there, they are made
to block UVB rays and that makes sense because those are the rays that are going to cause
the burn, but its the UVA rays that go deeper into the skin which are going to cause
premature aging. You want to be looking for sunblocks that
have a high concentration of zinc oxide and when you find that youre going to get a
much better protection from the sun when it comes to aging.

Mistake number two, gentlemen. Stop popping your pimples with those dirty
fingers. You know what Im talking about over there
trying to pop that pimple and, yes, you may get something that comes out, but youre
also pushing part of that pus right back in and this can lead to a deeper worse infection. Instead, simply take a rag  wet rag or
warm rag, go right over and it should naturally relieve itself.

If it doesnt, its not ready to come
out. Now, I know some of you guys are saying, Antonio,
thats not enough. Okay, here are some additional steps. So, you can also go ahead and take a cold
compress.

Maybe take a tea bag that was in the fridge
that was wet and was in there for fifteen, twenty minutes a little bit cool, put it on
there for three to four minutes. Let it basically work on the inflammation
to bring it down. Then, you can take a Q-tip, you can run a
Q-tip over that and make it wet if necessary, but what youre looking to do is just rub
it over very softly. Again, your fingers are not touching.

Another option is to do a spot treatment. This is if you got a little bit more time
from a few hours to maybe overnight, but youre looking for a solution thats got about
a one to two percent salicylic acid in it. I probably butchered that word, Im going
to put it down in the description and talk about it. But, youre looking to go into a drug store
a pharmacy, simply ask for particular products that are made to help basically they go into
the pimple that open up the pore and then allow it to basically naturally relieve itself.

Mistake number three that men make when it
comes to skincare. They dont leverage the power of estheticians. Most men dont even know what an esthetician
is. These are licensed skincare professionals
who every single day see about ten different people who had different skin issues.

Think about the power of that. You go in there, this person has maybe ten
years of experience, they have seen thousands of people, they can tell you very quickly
whats causing that skin element on your face, why do you have that rough skin and
they can immediately diagnose and recommend treatment. Theyre going to may be recommend, okay,
we need to do a hydro massage here or maybe we need to do a deep cleaning or maybe we
need to use a microdermabrasion tool. Basically, theyre going to go and theyre
going to diagnose it and theyre going to start the treatment.

So, another thing I love about estheticians
is you can find them almost anywhere. It doesnt matter if youre in a small
town, a big city. Go to a spa youll always find a licensed
esthetician. One thing that I dont like about spas,
treatments can be expensive.

Were talking $200 for single microdermabrasion
treatment. Microdremabrasion if youre not familiar
basically its a specialty tool that goes over and smoothes out the skin. If you find that this is going to work for
you guys you need to check out PMD Man, theyre the paid sponsor of todays video and for
almost two years, Ive been working with them, Ive met the CEO and more importantly
I had a local esthetician who took this product, we tested it out, we looked at it she was
like this is the real deal. Guys, down in the description in this video,
Im going to link over Ive got a special discount code, go use it.

Like I said guys PMD Man is at home skincare
tool that provides the same result as professional in-office microderm abrasion treatments. Basically the tool combines the power of skin
exfoliation with vacuum suction. It helps to remove dead dull skin and it increases
the blood flow which is then going to stimulate the bodys natural production of collagen
and elastin. In a nutshell, guys, if youre looking to
have smoother clearer skin, definitely check out this personal microderm, Im going to
link to it down in the description, use that discount code for a great deal.

Mistake number four that men make when it
comes to skin care. They dont have a cleaning cleansing routine. Now, that last part is really important  routine. This is a schedule, this is a ritual, this
is something you do again and again consistently and thats important because routines can
be adjusted, they can be measured, you could test out various products.

And this is important because our skin is
going to react differently to different cleaning products, to different moisturizers, to different
lotions. [0:05:03]
You want to make sure that youre testing this out. When you have a routine, you can test things
out over a set period and you can actually then look at the ingredients and say, hey,
this worked out really well, but I wish it wouldnt be so oily. So, I want something with about the same ingredients,
but I dont want it to be so oily.

Another thing with the routine, look at the
time that youre doing this. You may find, hey, the routine for me that
really works is when I basically cleanse, wash, do all that stuff with my face in the
evening. And I think evenings are best for most people. Gentlemen, have a routine have a schedule
because then you can change it up to best suit your needs.

Mistake number five, not paying attention
to your diet. What you put into your mouth and how that
has an effect on your skin. Now, a lot of guys maybe a little bit skeptical
about this like I can eat anything, Im a garbage can, Im going to process it and
Ill be able to take it. Well, that may work when youre younger,
but as you get older, things start to change.

But, whats funny is I found that it was
having kids and dealing with babies and seeing how when theyre introduced to foods for
the first time, how they can have crazy reactions. Thats why with babies the first one of
the first foods is oftentimes a banana because bananas, yeah, they really dont have too
much of reaction on the skin. You introduce a baby to strawberries way too
early, you can get a lot of reactions. And this is something that it changes over
time, it can affect us at various points in our life.

So, you may find that, hey, there are certain
foods I eat that all of a sudden just really caused me to breakout. If you understand that, you can change it. Mistake number six, using a dirty pillowcase. Now, guys, lets be honest, how long has
it been since youve washed your pillowcase since youve washed your sheets.

Hopefully it has been in the last week because
think about it, this is something that every single night youre putting your head on. Youre rubbing your face against it for
hours at a time and youre rubbing skin off onto this, thats assuming that youre
going to bed clean, if youre not  if youre not showering before you go into
bed, youre bringing in dirt. There are things that could be living in that
pillowcase and in those sheets. Gentlemen, clean them, wash them, maybe even
look at getting a pillowcase that has a very high thread count something that maybe uses
a synthetic material or uses something like silk that is going to be basically more resistant
to pieces of food or pieces of skin getting lodged in there, but definitely wash and clean
every week at least change your pillowcase.

But, guys, at the end of the day, clean bed
sheets. Mistake number seven, not knowing the name
of your dermatologist because most of you guys dont have a dermatologist. You may be have never even seen a dermatologist. But, on a serious note, guys, go see your
dermatologist at least once a year.

What you want to do is get a quick check over. Theyre looking for any type of moles, any
type of growth, any type of potential cancer. Were talking serious illnesses that can
be prevented if theyre caught in time. And this is when you can ask some of those
other questions.

You can ask about that pimple thats been
here for a year and doesnt seem to, you know, be able to relieve itself. You can ask about maybe that wart on your
hand which youve been trying to get rid of and youve cut off three times and keeps
growing back. Go see a dermatologist. Its not  I know a lot of you guys are
averse to going to doctors, but it is something this is your body, take care of it.

All right, gentlemen now its your turn. Let me know down in the comments what mistakes
did I miss? What would you have added to this list? How could I have made this video better? And dont forget, go check out PMD Man,
great company. Im proud to have them as a sponsor. Ive met the CEO.

We have had this tested by local estheticians. Its a great product. So, if youre looking for a personal microderm
tool, this is going to save you money. And, guys, also, let me know what you think
of the French president spending that much money.

And to give him a little bit of credit, I
know that he spent a lot of that on the persons travel fees and not all of it was spent on
product. You know I do think it is still very extreme,
but when it comes down to it, you need to take care of your body, your skin. This is the largest organ on your body and
its something that you are  this is all you have for the rest of your life, so
definitely take care of it. Go see a dermatologist, go see an esthetician.

Guys, take care of your body. Thats it guys. Ill see you in the next video. Bye.
