You have probably heard by now that our systems are made-up mainly of water. Water is the primary component of skin cells, so it very well that proper water is important. Moisture content directly effects balanced cellular growth and progression, while increasing movement and delivery of vitamins and minerals. Maintaining adeqaute amounts of beverages is a must. As the doctor says, consume a lot of beverages and prevent beverages high in caffeinated drinks and sugars. Caffeine is a diuretic that functions to strain beverages and sugars is known to develop metabolism, both eliminating vitamins and minerals and decreasing fluid amounts. It goes without saying diet and physical fitness and giving up smoking (if you do) are hugely helpful.
